Brethren,
We have just returned from a month long, 4,800 mile trip reporting in churches. What a blessing to renew friendships and make new ones along the way. As we meet folks in the churches, it is very evident to us that many are praying. How we thank God for that faithfulness in prayer! We returned to Texas just in time for a couple of days of back to back severe thunderstorms. Home sweet home! Please pray for us as we have just over two weeks at home to catch up on things before another month long trip to CO and WY. Please click here to download our latest Prayer letter. May the Lord bless you as you serve Him! |

Brethren,
We just wanted to update you on the recent shipment of Burmese Scripture portions and request for prayer associated with it. We just received word that the 500 boxes have arrived safely at the destination in-country. Thank you for your sustained intercession. These sort of things are not events, rather processes which can take several days and run the risk of being de-railed at any point along the way. Thank you once again! |

Brethren,
I would like to ask your intercession now. At the time of this writing, Wednesday afternoon in the USA, Thursday morning in Thailand, a shipment of almost 500 boxes of Scripture portions is slated to be made. There really is no “normal” to these events. Each one presents new challenges and this one is no exception. Just putting it together has been interesting, but suffice it to say brethren have traveled a great distance to meet at the staging area and make this shipment today. Please intercede. On another note, Krinny and I are reporting to faithful supporters in churches across the USA. We are leaving next week for nearly one month. We appreciate your prayers in that regard. I wish I could fill you in on a huge effort being organized at this time for evangelism and follow-up. It literally has worldwide implications. Please pray, we will be announcing it soon. |

Dear Intercessors,
This is just a short report for so many of you who faithfully interceded for Milton Martin today. At around 2pm, Bro. Martin did have the “shock” procedure to correct his heart rhythm. It was successful and he has already been released and is resting at home! Thank you for interceding, please do not stop. Pray that the Dr’s will have a treatment which might prevent this at a later time. |
Brethren,
Prayer request for Missionary Milton Martin: He is in the hospital where the Dr’s have been trying to regulate his heartbeat since he was admitted. So far the medicines have not worked, so the situation has escalated to the point where the next procedure being considered is shocking the heart back into rhythm. Of course that is risky and really the last thing they want to do. However it is strongly being considered. Please take the time to intercede now. |

Brethren,
Greetings from Texas! We are humbled to know so many of you intercede regularly for this missionary family. We count your labor in intercession as the most valuable asset we have. Please don’t stop! We would like to ask special prayer for the following at this time: Approximately 24 hours from now, Friday night USA time, Saturday morning Thailand time, over 800 boxes are slated to be shipped from our facility in Thailand. This shipment represents two languages, both of them first-time printings of the New Testament for ethnic languages in Burma. Please intercede for this. Such precious cargo! Such faithful brethren there handling this in our absence! We have never been busier in this regard than now. Another container is on the ocean as this is written, and printing is taking place or starting soon in three Asian countries as this is written. We are also working with brethren here in the USA toward the first printing of the New Testament in Urdu for Pakistan. Krinny and I will be traveling again next week for mission conferences and meetings in churches. We just finished a conference in our home church. In that conference, we were aware of the other missionaries who would be there and as only the Lord could do, we had need to meet with each one of them concerning publishing or outreach in their countries. It turned out to be a very strategic week. Please hold our co-workers and our family before the Throne at this time. Thank you in Jesus’ Name. |

Brethren,
Thank you so much for your faithful intercession on our behalf. We certainly know that many of you are praying! Somehow an e-mail update I wrote failed to make it to the distribution list. It concerned the safe arrival of the 40′ shipping container reported to be still enroute at our previous e-mail update. Thank you for your faithful intercession concerning this literature. In fact, a second, 20′ container arrived 2 weeks later and the contents of both are in our warehouses. We are organizing the trans-shipping now. Praise the Lord for faithful brethren in Thailand who were able to handle this on our behalf while we are away. What a blessing! Krinny and I just completed a whirlwind trip of over 4,000 miles during which we visited family, dropped by some of the printing ministries which have been helping us over these years, and spoke in a number of churches. Because of the way this trip came together we were unable to plan it in advance, we just knew it needed to be done ASAP. When we departed we had no firm dates, but we ended up being able to visit with brethren in 6 of the printing ministries, and I spoke in 7 churches. It was a blessing renewing friendships and making new friends along the way. Actually, it has been a long time since Krinny has been able to travel with me to visit some of our supporters. When we left for Thailand in 2005, we planned to be there one year and had prepared for that. Little did we know that the Lord would open the doors He has and we would still be based there over 9 years later. We were NOT prepared for that! However, meeting brethren here in the USA now, we see why we have been able to continue to this date. So many are so committed to faithful intercession and support. We are back in Texas now, just in time for our sponsoring Church’s annual Mission Conference. Then we are off again for the west coast. Please pray for us over these next few months of travel. Please pray for those dear folks in Thailand, holding the ropes there, making it possible for us to be here now |
