We asked prayer in our last update about one of our co-workers who had a potentially life-threatening infection. He was admitted to the hospital on Monday, and finally released today, Saturday. The Dr’s were not certain they had caught the infection in time, but his fever normalized on Thursday and the infection was under control by Friday. We are all rejoicing in his release from the hospital.

Please continue to pray for him as he recovers. He is now on a regimen of oral antibiotics and other medications. Please pray also about the finances for this hospitalization. There was no budget for this and therefore, it was necessary to put the costs on our credit card. Amazingly, the total bill for 6 days of hospitalization was just under $3,200. Medication alone was nearly $2,400.

Thank you so much for your intercession for this dear Brother. He has been an essential and faithful part of the work here.
