Many of you have written or contacted us in some other way since our last Update. I took Krinny to the hospital early this morning and they basically ran tests most of day which proved that she had a very swollen and infected kidney with a large stone blocking it. This afternoon they did a procedure to “blast” the stone but the Dr’s said they would not know the outcome until later. It has been a very long day, and certainly not what we had planned!

Since she has an infection and went in with severe pain, she is to stay in the hospital at least tonight but will not know anything more until the Dr. comes in tomorrow. Meanwhile she is very tired but resting under their care. She now knows the source of the back pain she has had for the past couple of days of packing. We are so grateful to the Lord that this did not manifest itself after we boarded the flight. The Dr. was pretty specific about the danger of not dealing with this immediately.

Midway through the day it became very evident that we could not make our scheduled flight tonight. I was able to reschedule it for the 21^st.

Please pray for her to get the treatment she needs without anything more invasive and to be recovered in time for the new scheduled flight.
