Sometimes there is more to report than I can write, sometimes it is as they say here in Asia, “Same, Same.” The work goes on and when I say that I mean literally the WORK goes on. We are very close to finishing several publications, some of which have taken us years to complete. In recent months a couple of our co-workers have left, and that has changed the dynamic of some of the work. So, we are making adjustments.

One major prayer request we would like to bring before you at this time concerns the literature we have in-country right now. There is not space here to tell all about it, but we have a situation in which we are hindered by several factors in getting this material where it needs to be. This includes the rainy season and other logistic problems, finances, and organization of the distribution.

I plan to make a trip across the border in a couple of weeks to meet with some brethren there to work out some of the details for making some major shipments. Please forgive me, but I am trying in every way I know to communicate the immensity of the situation but not give all the details in an open letter such as this. Upon my return we will have a better idea of the cost. It is actually not any more than we have been paying for shipping but we just have a lot of it to do in the next couple of months.

Please pray that the trip would be blessed, the necessary contacts would be made, and the necessary finances would be in place. A few months from now will be another incoming shipment and it is necessary to clear the way for it. We praise the Lord for the provision of these Scriptures in Burmese. Brethren in printing ministries in the USA have gone above and beyond anything that we could have possibly imagined. This is a good problem to have! Please pray however.

We are so grateful for each of you who pray and give so that the work here can go on. Please, please don’t stop! You are making a difference!
